Madonna Says No TV or Ice Cream! In fact her strict regime of no television or ice cream for her children has family counselors wondering about her competency to be a mother. Here are all of the juicy details. Diva and 80s pop culture icon Madonna has enraged family counselors with her stoic stance on parenting. The Material Girl recently told Newsweek magazine that she does not allow her kids to watch television, read newspapers or magazines, or even drink milk or eat ice cream. She also has a list of strict laundry duties for her children that they must adhere to. Despite the advice of counselors on the subject, Madonna remains firm in these rules and admits that only her husband allows the children to break from them. Family Counselors Abhor Madonna
